In the wake of an employer announcing a culture review following a public scandal, an expert says it’s worth noting that the goals of any review, not its triggers, should be what shape it "on the ground".<!–MORE–>

In the past fortnight Sydney’s Centenary Institute, whose top cardiologist has been accused of sexual harassment by a former employee, pledged an independent review into its workplace culture.
